CHICKEN STOCK

INGREDIENTS:
2kg chicken bones
2 medium (300g) onions, chopped
2 stick celery, chopped
2 medium (250g) carrots, chopped
5 liters (20 cups) water

METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in large pan, simmer uncovered, 2 hours, strain.
Makes about 2.5 liters (10 cups).
