ROASTED BABY POTATOES AND GARLIC
INGREDIENTS:
24 baby (1kg) new potatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 szechuan pepper
18 unpeeled cloves garlic
6 sprigs fresh thyme
METHOD:
combine all ingredients in baking dish' mix well.
Bake uncovered, in moderately hot oven about 45 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender, stirring twice during cooking.
Serves 6.
Per serve: 1g fat.
Calories: 114.
Suitable if you have diabetes.
